Inspired by Bram Stoker’s Dracula, this Maidens & Monsters design brings Mina Harker and Count Dracula together in vivid magenta and blood red, surrounded by distressed imagery drawn from their confrontation.
Mina is no passive Victorian heroine. Her intelligence, organization, and command of modern technology help turn scattered accounts into the evidence needed to hunt Dracula. His attack on her is therefore more than physical violence. Vampirism threatens to transform one of his greatest adversaries into the very thing she is fighting. Their relationship is not a romance. It is an invasion—of body, mind, and identity.
The maiden does not reveal the humanity within the monster. The monster threatens to reveal the monstrosity within the maiden.

Inspired by Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Crane's Gambit reimagines the tale as a fateful hand of cards.
